In January 2022, the Maine Learning Through Technology MLTI Ambassadors released their podcast “Teaching with Tech” with the goal of provided information and professional development to Maine teachers around educational technology in the classroom. The original logo was designed by my colleague, Jonathan Werner. The current iteration is a redesign I completed in January 2024. Atkinson Hyperlegible is the primary font for the logo. The clean sans serif text is easy to read in both large graphics and small thumbnails. The letters for the word “tech”, which are also found in the word “teaching”, are accentuated with the contrasting color and font SCR-N Seven. The MLTI gear is incorporated into the subheading.

The cover graphic for the streaming services includes a dark gray background with a light overlay of gears to give texture. The state of Maine and podcast microphone icon are set in a lighter gray to highlight the purpose of the product and the additional logos for the Maine Department of Education and the Learning Through Technology Team are set in the lower right corner. The cover graphic is consistent for each episode across all streaming platforms.

The social media graphic includes more text to describe and promote the individual episodes along with headshots of featured guests. Each social media graphic is customized for each episode to draw interest by describing the content details for potential listeners.
